President Mori accompanied by the Chinese technicians toured the nurseries, the green houses and the vegetable fields. All the guests were amazed by more than 30 species of vegetable and fruits successfully planted at the farm, praised the Chinese technicians' exclusive technique, and thanked them for their hard work. They also appreciated the persistent support from the Chinese Government rendered to the FSM. President Mori took a group photo with the five Chinese technicians to memorize the occasion.

President Mori and all the Secretaries discussed with Ambassador LIU about the feasibility of utilizing the Pilot Farm to promote local agricultural development and expand cooperation, and decided to sponsor 30 local students to be trained at the farm for about 3 months.

The Pilot Farm aided by the Chinese Government has been in practice in the FSM for over one decade, and is the only one large-scale multi-species vegetable production and training center, which is welcomed by the FSM leaders and people and very popular.
